About me
20 years of creative direction/UI/UX/motion design, working with passionated people on some of the most exciting and award winning projects for a variety of brands including Nike, Lego, TDC, Sony, EMI, Carlsberg, Danske Bank, Widex and Milestone Systems Building brand identities and visual experiences together with awesome people is one part of my journey. Working inhouse, leading and inspire new talents, building creative teams and helping business units getting aligned in their brand/design strategy is another. I believe that we are driven by emotions whenever we engage in any kind of interaction, so the most important ingredients in building a great experience is PASSION & EMPATHY. Enhancing customer experience through all touchpoints using empathy and intuition should be key for any designer, but insights/data from management/business units are just as important. Embracing the methodology of design thinking (empathy+data or Design+Technology+Business) will potentially enlighten management and strategists in making design a top priority and part of the overall business strategy.
