Leading global creative direction and UX/UI for new digital products/services/software.
Working together with new agile teams to reboot and revitalise the global brand.                                           
Building and launching three new sites, first a global B2B site,  then Consumer and e-commerce site all connected to salesforce, starting out as a MVP, with the purpose of better lead generation and conversion in global B2B markets.                                     
                                                    
 After launch we will optimise the experience by integrating more magic, more brand focused content, to create more long time loyal customers.
                                              
We are also building a new CVI(color, logo, font) in collaboration with our internal design teams and brand management team.
In order to be able work on a more brand focused level, I had to  bridge R&D to Marketing and Initiate a new proces for content creation, digitising all products from CAD files to CGI/3D renders to be used for the whole digital eco-system.
This will create cost savings on content creation on a global scale close to 80% of "normal" budgets.

I made a High fidelity video mockup (MLP) of ecom search to get people onboard and define to IT what kind of dev. skills are needed to build this vision.
